  • Your face and ID document photo will be matched to verify your identity. ​
  • Smart FaceCheck eKYC is used when you register a SIM or reclaim your number on a new SIM.​

  • Smart FaceCheck eKYC is also available in SmartNas app.​
  • You need your original and valid ID card or passport with you. ​
  • Follow the on-screen instructions to verify your identity. You'll simply need to take a photo of your passport or ID card, then scan your face with your front camera.

  • Visit any nearby Smart Dealer.​
  • Bring your original and valid ID card or passport with you.​
