- Manage and control office access by identifying and recording all visitors, suppliers, and contractors. Issue and collect access cards, maintaining accurate entry/exit records (names, company/institution, time in/out).
- Welcome and greet all visitors in a friendly and professional manner. Direct them to the appropriate employee or department as required.
- Handle all incoming calls promptly and courteously. Direct calls to the correct employee or department, and take accurate messages when necessary.
- Support general office operations, including document filing, managing stationery supplies, toner, drinking water, and storage control.
- Distribute incoming and outgoing mail and internal documents efficiently.
- Maintain proper logbooks, including visitor logs, asset records, and water bills, for internal control and audit purposes.
- Ensure the reception area is clean, tidy, and presentable at all times.
- Monitor and maintain a clean and pleasant-smelling access control area to uphold company standards.
- Perform other administrative or office support tasks as assigned by the line manager.
