Overview

We are looking for an experienced Digital Touchpoints Specialist to lead the digital development of our, SmartNas app development. This role requires a proactive and results-driven individual who can contribute to the continuous improvement of our self-care application and loyalty functionalities. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, prioritize tasks, and optimize SmartNas app especially on loyalty program to enhance user experiences and meet business goals.

Job Responsibilities

Digital Product Development 
Development 
•    Roadmap Development & Prioritization: Oversee the creation and execution of the digital touchpoints roadmap, ensuring clear milestones and alignment with business objectives.
•    Design Loyalty Program Functionality: Designing, implementing and evaluating loyalty-program projects to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
•    UI/UX Collaboration: Partner with UI/UX designers to develop intuitive, user-centric journeys across self-care application platforms, enhancing user engagement and satisfaction.
•    Quality Assurance & UAT Coordination: Ensure quality control by managing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for both digital touchpoints, coordinating resources, defining test cases, and preparing detailed reports.

Improvement and Optimization
•    Continuous Research & Optimization: Stay updated on industry best practices, conduct regular research, and implement data-driven improvements to app user experiences.

Job Requirements

•    Experience: Minimum of 2 years in stakeholder management, product design, or digital transformation.
•    Customer-Centric Mindset: Passionate about developing products that balance user needs with business goals.
•    Project Management: Strong understanding of Agile methodology and SDLC, with experience in managing digital product development.
•    Stakeholder Engagement: Proven ability to align, collaborate, and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders (vendors).
•    Interpersonal Skills: Excellent relationship-building skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively across all levels of the organization, including senior management.
•    Presentation Skills: Proficient in creating and delivering clear, concise presentations and reports to various stakeholders.
•    Personal Traits: Proactive, passionate, confident, self-driven, and able to thrive in fast-paced environments while maintaining a focus on quality.
•    Language Proficiency: High proficiency in both verbal and written English.
•    Digital Product Design: Experience in conceptualizing and designing with a focus on user experience; familiar with design tools such as Figma.
