Contact Center Agent Intern

Job Responsibilities
  • Answer call professionally and follow up subscriber complaint.
  • Respond to customer inquiries.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints.
  • Provide customers with product and service information.
  • Identify and escalate priority issues and route calls to appropriate sources.
  • Complete a required report in system/send to Team - Leader/Supervisor. 
Job Requirements

Education & Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree (undergraduate or graduate) or minimum high school diploma. 
  • Have basic computer skills. 
  • Good Khmer and English both spoken and written.
  • Experience in customer service or a related field is preferred, but not required.

Required Working Shifts:

  • Morning shift:  
    • Shift A: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM (5 posts)
       
  • Afternoon shift: 
    • Shift B:    3:00 PM – 11:00 PM (5 posts)
       
  • Evening shift:
    • Shift C:    5:30 PM – 9:30 PM (5 post)
