Number Lifecycle:

Active Number Status: The validity of a number will be determined by the top up amount (e.g., a 1 USD top up gives a number 7 days’ validity, and a 5 USD top up gives a number 30 days’ validity).

Phase 1: Barred Status/One-Way Block: After a number expires, services such as outgoing calls, outgoing SMS, and internet data will be blocked for a period of 60 days. During this period, even if customers have plan benefits or other add-on benefits, they will not be able to use them unless they top up again to resume normal service.
If customers top up during this period, the remaining main balance will be accumulated, and the validity will follow that of the new top up's denomination.

Phase 2: Suspended Status/Two-Way Block: If customers do not top up within the 60-day Barred Status period and enter Suspended Status, services such as outgoing and incoming calls, outgoing SMS, and internet data will be fully blocked. All remaining balances will also be removed on the first day of this period.

Phase 3: Deactivated Status/Recycled Status/Ageing Pool: After the Suspended Status period has passed, the number will have no signal and will be permanently unusable.
