Driver

• Conduct driving of the Smart Company Car based in Phnom Penh, with occasional travel to provinces.
• Drive company cars with full care and attention to ensure the safety of passengers and full compliance with Cambodian traffic laws and the company’s car policy (Dos and Don’ts).
• Support driving tasks for travel schedules of CxOs and CxOs' family for day-to-day trips.
• Record all car transactions, including mileage, mission trips, etc., in logbooks.
• Follow speed limits and adjust speed based on the environment (road conditions, weather conditions, roadwork, traffic, or any other risks related to the local environment).
• Operate smartphones and report via Telegram/WhatsApp applications and/or through the fleet management system provided by Smart.
• Conduct daily and weekly inspections of car conditions and report to the Fleet Manager/Fleet Officer when necessary.
• Report all accidents, near misses, and observed dangerous situations to the Fleet Manager.

• Education: High school graduate.
• Language Skills: Proficient in reading and writing Khmer. Ability to speak, read, and write English well.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of work experience as a driver.
• Driving Skills: Skilled in driving SUV vehicles with automatic transmissions (preferred).
• Technical Knowledge: Basic knowledge of vehicle mechanics and minor repairs is an advantage.
• License: Must hold a valid official driving license, at least Type B.
• Personal Attributes: Honest, dependable, patient, and able to work under tight deadlines.
