UX/UI Designer

Job Responsibilities

The UI/UX Designer is to play a pivotal role in shaping the digital experiences of our customers. You will be responsible for designing SmartNas, Smart Axiata Website, AI Chatbot with intuitive, engaging, and user-friendly interfaces for our mobile and web platforms. You will work closely with product owner, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure that our digital products meet both user needs and business goals.

  • UI/UX Design: Design and develop user-friendly, visually appealing interfaces for mobile apps, websites, and other digital products while adhering to design principles and best practices.
  • Wireframing & Prototyping: Create interactive wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that demonstrate user flow and interaction.
  • User-Centered Design: Advocate for the user by applying user-centered design principles in all aspects of the design process.
  • UI Design Systems: Develop and maintain design systems, including style guides, patterns, and reusable assets to ensure consistency across all platforms. 
  • User Research & Testing: Conduct user research (such as surveys, interviews, and usability testing) to gain insights into user needs and behaviors. Use this data to create wireframes, prototypes, and design solutions that meet user expectations.
  • Feedback & Iteration: Gather feedback from stakeholders and users to iterate and improve designs continuously.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and marketing teams, to ensure that design solutions are implemented effectively.
Job Requirements
  • 2 years of relevant working experience 
  • Technical skills: Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Adobe illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, JIRA and Confluence
  • English communication skills 
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Understanding how application development work
  • Communication Skills: Knowledge and ability to impart or exchange information by verbal, written or other means
  • Problem Solving (Troubleshooting): Knowledge and ability to analyses problems, identify the root cause, establish cause-and-effect linkages and propose solutions
  • Customer Oriented: Knowledge and techniques related to understanding and delivering value to the customer
  • Analytical Ability: Knowledge and ability to understand, evaluate, interpret and analyse data
  • Digital Literacy: Knowledge and ability to make use of digital technology in support of work functions
  • Creative / Innovative: Creativity is needed to help invent new ways of approaching problems and developing innovative applications
