We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented ICT Product Partner Alliance Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and developing partnerships with leading ICT vendors such as Cisco, Fortinet, and Checkpoint. You will act as the internal product manager for their solutions, driving go-to-market strategies, and ensuring the successful integration and commercialization of their products within our portfolio.
Product Management:
- Act as the internal product manager for partner solutions, including defining product requirements, pricing, and positioning.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new product opportunities and optimize existing offerings.
- Develop and maintain product roadmaps and ensure timely delivery of new products and services.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales revenue, market share, and customer satisfaction.
Partner Relationship Management:
- Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities with strategic ICT vendors
- Develop and implement strategies to increase partner engagement to drive revenue growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at partner organizations.
- Negotiate and manage partner agreements, including commercial terms, joint marketing programs, and technical certifications.
- Collaborate with partners to develop and execute joint go-to-market plans, including sales enablement, marketing campaigns, and channel programs.
- Advocate for partner interests within the company and ensure their needs are met.
Technical & Commercial Expertise:
- Develop a deep understanding of partner technologies and their competitive advantage
- Provide technical and commercial support to internal teams, including sales, marketing and engineering
- Ensure the successful integration and commercialization of partner solutions within the company portfolio
Innovation, Collaboration & Communication:
- Stay abreast of industry trend and emerging technologies in the ICT domain.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and sales to drive innovation and improve product offerings.
- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences, including stakeholders, developers, and customers.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior management.
